You’ll spend the first three nights at the opulent Ellerman House in Cape Town. This exquisite lodge sits perched on the slopes of Lion’s Head in the prestigious Bantry Bay residential area in Cape Town. During our Cape Peninsula tour, we will visit Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, Cape Point (the most South-Westerly tip of the African Continent), Boulders (an African Penguin Colony in False Bay) and the largest Bay in Southern Africa, among other highlights.
Following your exclusive Cape Town experience, you will venture into Franschhoek – the food and wine heartland of the country, where splendid vineyards yield world-class, award-winning wines and our top chefs create locally-inspired cuisine to international standards. Day 1 – 4: Ellerman House, Cape Town
You will be met at Cape Town International Airport and transferred to the exclusive Ellerman House. This is where you will spend the first three nights of your exciting tour, feasting our eyes on the best of the best Cape Town has to offer.
Ellerman House is the quintessential urban retreat for discerning luxury travellers wanting complete exclusivity in Cape Town. Located in Bantry Bay, the small, privately owned hotel offers spectacular Atlantic Ocean views against the dramatic backdrop of Lion’s Head. There are 13 individually decorated rooms and suites complemented by two ultra-modern villas.

Day 4 – 6: La Residence, Franschhoek
After breakfast you will be privately transferred to the luxurious La Residence, your home for the next two nights.
La Residence is situated in the Franschhoek Valley on a 30-acre estate filled with vines, fruit trees, flowers and herbs. It is a romantic and indulgent paradise whose magnificent interior is filled with rich fabrics, wonderful artwork and antique furniture.
Eleven individually-decorated suites enjoy vibrant colour schemes and spectacular views. Palatial en-suite bathrooms ooze glamour.
On hot days, the shimmering infinity pool beckons. Sip drinks under a shady umbrella, or relax with treatments in the Spa. The air-conditioned Gym caters for the more energetic!
Five minutes’ drive from the charming curio shops and galleries of Franschhoek village, the hotel provides complimentary transfers, so guests can explore at their leisure. There are excellent village restaurants to try as well as a range of activities from horse-riding to chocolate-tasting.
Guests dine either in their suites or the central Terrace Room, beside a fire or the stunning double rim-flow pool. An open kitchen allows full interaction with the chef; the Sitting Room is cosy with bar and wide-screen television.

Day 6 – 9: The Oyster Box Hotel, Umhlanga, Kwazulu Natal
Today you will board a flight to King Shaka airport in Durban, from where you will be privately transferred to the world famous Oyster Box Hotel for the next three nights.
Standing proud on Umhlanga’s beachfront, directly on the beach and overlooking the Indian Ocean, the 86-room Oyster Box is one of South Africa’s best-loved hotels. Day 9 – 12: Singita Boulders, Sabi Sands Game Reserve
After a succulent breakfast at The Oyster Box Hotel, you will fly to the impeccable Singita Boulders situated in the world famous Sabi Sands Game Reserve, bordering the Kruger National Park. It is at this, architecturally phenomenal lodge, that you will spend your next three nights.
Singita Boulders Lodge is set along the banks of the Sand River in Singita’s privately owned reserve within the Sabi Sand Reserve.
