“It’s really beautiful. It feels like God visits everywhere else, but lives in Africa” – Will Smith

The Chantelle’s Journey experience begins with 3 nights at the extraordinary The Silo hotel – the best of what Cape Town has to offer. The Silo Hotel sets a new standard for luxury Cape Town hotel accommodation. It is a magical hotel towering above the V&A Waterfront surrounded by the natural wonder of South Africa’s Mother City. Over the course of the next few days you will experience Cape Town at its best – visiting Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, Cape Point (the most South-Westerly tip of the African Continent), Table Mountain, Boulders (an African Penguin Colony in False Bay) and the largest Bay in Southern Africa, among other highlights.

Following your exclusive Cape Town experience, you will venture into Franschoek – the food and wine heartland of the country, where splendid vineyards yield world-class, award-winning wines and top chefs create locally-inspired cuisine to international standards. Here breath-taking scenery, warm hospitality, world-class cuisine and the finest wines all combine to create lasting memories. Guests will lodge at the ravishing La Residence in the heart of this beautiful town and embark on an unforgettable Winelands tour during the stay.

After the decadence and elegance of Franschoek you will spend three unforgettable nights at Londolozi Pioneer Camp. Situated in the game-rich Big 5 Sabi Sands Game Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger, Londolozi will leave you amazed. Set in the dappled shade of 500-year-old ebony trees, Pioneer Camp’s three luxury suites and generous ‘bush home’ style common area is the culmination of four decades of design experience in the safari industry. Pioneer Camp is the most secluded of Londolozi’s camps and was described by Dave Varty as “a symphony of style, bushveld architecture and nature.”

The final leg of this tour will see you calling the majestic Royal Livingstone Hotel in Zambia ‘home’ for three nights. Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, The Royal Livingstone Hotel is named after the legendary explorer who named Zambia’s iconic waterfall in honour of his queen and is characterised by colonial luxury and majestic views.  Paying tribute to this glorious era, this hotel evokes Victorian elegance and colonial traditions in impeccable style, offering unforgettable adventures.

After breakfast, you will fly to the opulent Londolozi Pioneer Camp. You will spend the next three nights at this phenomenal lodge indulging in pure serenity and peace.

Londolozi’s powerful combination of geography and wildlife creates the famous atmosphere that returning guests call the ‘Londolozi feeling’.

Londolozi is situated on the Sand River in the very heart of the Big 5 game-rich Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Wild animals move freely across this vast space, offering spectacular game viewing and a true wilderness experience.  Breeding herds of elephant and buffalo roam throughout Londolozi, while white rhino and lion concentrations are among the highest recorded on the African continent.

Pioneer Camp is the most secluded of Londolozi’s camps. The three private suites have superb river views and are perfect for honeymoons and private getaways. Focused on multi-generational family travel, this adaptable camp can be converted into a private bush home for family groups of 6-12 people. Glass sky walkways link interconnected luxury family suites.

This lodge is defined by its clean lines and the modern and sophisticated floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels that frame the wilderness views beyond. A sense of history pervades the camp through faithfully restored memorabilia: photographs, silver, crystal glass and gramophones.
